Maintenance Coating for Hardwood Floors:
We recommend an annual maintenance coating to remove the top layer of finish and then re-apply one layer of finish. This helps to remove surface scratches and again to maintain the look of your hardwood floor. Maintenance coating is recommended every 3-5 years or longer depending on the amount of traffic in that area. Right now we say annual maintenance coating.
